Where Big Hearts and Bright Ideas Meet
At Utter Brilliance Therapy Services, we believe communication is connection—and every child deserves to feel understood, confident, and celebrated for who they are. Founded in 2017 by Krista Hadeed Larson, M.S., CCC-SLP, our practice is a warm, family-centered clinic providing supportive, play-based speech and language services across South Florida.
Since opening our doors, Utter Brilliance has grown into a place where families feel seen, supported, and empowered. We specialize in speech, language, early communication, Gestalt Language Processing (GLP), and AAC—always grounded in connection, respect, and the belief that every child’s voice matters.
Meet Krista
Krista Hadeed Larson, MS, CCC-SLP, is the owner and lead speech-language pathologist of Utter Brilliance Therapy Services. A Florida-licensed and ASHA certified SLP with advanced training in AAC, Krista now focuses on family coaching, consultation, and AAC evaluations to help caregivers feel confident and supported throughout their communication journey. With a background spanning hospitals, schools, private practice, teaching, supervision, and national presentations, she brings a deep blend of experience and heart to every family she works with. Outside the clinic, Krista loves beach days with her husband and toddler, staying curious through new cuisines, and keeping up with her two energetic Golden Retrievers.
Meet Dani
Daniela Colón, MS, CF-SLP, is a Florida-licensed bilingual speech-language pathologist completing her Clinical Fellowship. A double Nole with degrees in Communication Sciences & Disorders, Psychology, and a master’s in Speech-Language Pathology from Florida State University, she has experience across schools, pediatric private practice, and an adult voice and airway clinic. Daniela’s passion for supporting neurodiverse children began early through Best Buddies and years of nannying, shaping her belief that meaningful therapy starts with trust, inclusion, and honoring each child’s strengths. She brings a warm, collaborative, culturally responsive approach to every family she serves. Outside the clinic, Daniela enjoys reading, baking, Disney trips, and running with her dog, Blu Jeans.
